Molki Invest

Molki Invest offers rental management for apartments, from preparing the property to looking after tenants and payments. Agata designed a double-sided, print-ready flyer promoting the service.

The front takes the form of a Polaroid: a large interior photo in a white frame with a tagline below, which makes the flyer stand out from typical promotional materials. The back features a short description of the service and a contact strip with the logo, a QR code and a photo of a team member, giving the offer a more personal feel. Navy typography and copper accents follow the Molki Invest brand identity.
