Berkan

Berkan is a grill restaurant, and its website treats the menu as a walk. A single hand-drawn line runs down the page as the visitor scrolls, and it leads from one dish to the next: the salad, the lamb rack, the burgers, the coffee.

Each dish gets its own moment, sliding and turning into place as the line reaches it, over a dark background of sketched illustrations. It is built with GSAP ScrollTrigger, so the whole journey follows the scroll and never runs ahead of it.
